Where are the fuel filters located...to be drained of water?

Geno's has a valve now? I got a solid brass plug from them for mine. Skipped the adapter. I've got a full size oil filter belt wrench works perfect for me if I need a little extra oomph

Ram's newest truck breed, the "Rebel"

look up the rebel TRX concept! 37x13.5's factory. Thing is sharp. Except the 6 point seatbelts are very inconvenient for actual driving.

Cooper the way to go, ATW ($750 usd for a set from tirecrawler) if you can afford it, XT4 if you're on a budget. Your country is what they are DESIGNED for!

I don't know off hand but i'll see if I can find my old plastic plug and check the threads tomorrow?

    Post your aftermarket wheel/tire setup

Could've slapped them on the back for drive tires assuming overall diameter was the same

Add me to the blown motor list

And at 7k intervals let alone the recommended 10k? And "average" 14k a year for a driver? May as well call it a 5 year free oil and dealer warranty

    Post your aftermarket wheel/tire setup

I think you're out of luck, I could be wrong but by my recollection the truck needs a 17" wheel to clear the front brakes?

Add me to the blown motor list

Hell 10 free oil changes/checkups is quite a bit of incentive from a dealer to keep you around when you figure in cost. Even with a more readily available less specialty oil

    Truck Cap

I've come to learn it's just our color the prairie Pearl that doesn't look good for the topper transition. I saw a leer on a black dodge and it made it look much closer fitting

    Ecodiesel Badging

Just personal preference and the color scheme of my truck but I changed my badging to Jeep emblems instead of the ram. Pictures are a little poor but here it goes:

Engine Oil temperatures when towing or hauling large loads

Within reason yes, those are normal temps to see in those ambient temperatures and that high of a workload. Empty or not it's a lot of mass to keep moving 80MPH

    Speedometer recalibration

Dealers here for ram have the programmer in the truck for any modified vehicles. Rams computer module only houses speed calibrations for the various different tire dimensions offered on various trim levels of ram

    HIgh Pressure Diesel Pump

First I've heard of a HPFP failure. Tough break. Hopefully the dealership is thorough because it likely is in the engine at least to some extent. Metallic flake anyways would likely pass through the injectors. But for the most part everything would hold up at the injectors. Keep us updated!

    Just bought one todsy

The guys that are putting on a lot of miles don't seem to have as many problems in my opinion. And few are still just bad apples. I've got 33k since 05/2015 without a single mechanical issue. Change the oil and fuel filter. That's it

Half way new owner and new member

From order to delivery was exactly 6 weeks for me I believe. Only coming to southern Minnesota from Warren though.

Half way new owner and new member

But the ordering process is absolutely worth the wait opposed to settling for dealer stock. And at the top corner of your window sticker you get the stamp that the truck was built especially for (insert your name here)

    Aftermarket Light options

Check out radio shack or similar for some rocker switches you can find a small 2 or 3 way round rocker that's ~3/4" and would fit properly
