That’s pretty close to what my truck was doing all the time on HWY runs normally (500 km or 310 miles) and that's how I believe it was designed to work. Starting the burn between 65 % and 70% soot loading. As I had indicated if you cannot do delete then the EDGE II system is well worth the...

I would only get about 120 km in town driving in MX before having to do a burn about every second day! Normal HWY burn was always been around 500 km starting at 65 to 70 % soot level and would drop down to 10 % soot level ( from the EDGE II readout). Anytime I would go over 75 % level I would...

I just replaced my air ride with the standard RAM truck suspension supplied by the dealer. Worked just fine not as good but it works all the time! I up graded rear spring with TUFF Truck progressive springs to handle the weight I carry (1,300lbs) for interstate HWY speeds as it was bottoming...

I had that problem all the time while down south in MX where I could not drive over 50 mph! So I would run it in a lower gearing with manual shift button on the steering wheel and keep the rpm at 2,200 rpm I could the burn done in about ten minutes. Having the EDGE ll is also a great help as it...

Save yourself allot of money, down time and replace the air suspension with a standard system or the Bilstein Converion kit available for the truck as I did!

Final two HWY runs on USA Interstates at 75 and 80 mph, truck load 1,300 lbs plus two people on board: - Interstate 15: Nephi UT to Boulder City NV, 365 miles, calculated mileage 28.5 mpg Imperial (80 mph) - Boulder City NV to Casa Grande AZ, 325 miles, calculated mileage 29 mpg Imperial (75...

I was able to drive my truck into the dealer to start the repair work but it started and ran like an out of tune gas engine (35 miles) no power basically limping along but I would not wait to long! (I now carry a spare tone wheel and sensor just in case!)

New four lane HWY run yesterday with the same conditions as before but at speeds of 75 to 80 mph for 398 miles. Calculated fuel economy of: 28.3 mpg That looks like that’s as good as it will get with the way this truck is setup. The Trip Milage indicated was reading 10.1 l/100 or 28 mpg so...

The one hour job I believe was to get a signal off of the camshaft sensor! The actual Tone Wheel and sensor can only be done by dropping the transmission about a two day job in the shop once they have the parts on hand! Getting the parts was the problem you would think if your company was...

Second HWY test of the deleted system: - -5 C outside, 2 passengers, box with canopy empty, 5% city / 95% HWY mostly flat terrain - 191 miles driven, at approximately 60 miles / hr, 6.5 Imperial gallons of fuel used - Actual: 29.5 Imperial mpg or 9.6 L/ 100 - Truck display indicated 8.0...

Actual HWY test today: - 5 C out side, 3 passengers, box with canopy empty: 10% city / 90% HWY mostly flat terrain - 294 miles driven, 10.5 Imperial gallons of fuel used - Actual: 28 Imperial mpg = 10L/100 km - Truck display indicated: 8.0 L/100 km = 35.3 Imperial mpg A little disappointed...

My tone ring a had no other visible cracks other than the chunk that fell away! Rear crank shaft seal would have been a smart thing for me to have done what is CPS not familiar with that term! Just in case there is a next time!

Just did the complete delete and very happy with the engine response (no turbo lag), very little smoke detected on normal acceleration. I have not done a long trip yet but on the HWY home it was running about 35 to 40 mpg (Imperial) and it just feels like a different truck. Greatly improve...

Tone wheel and sensor replacement while in Mexico last spring. I order both parts from MX and Edmonton and then reordered from Greece and had them in a week from Greece! Save the set from Edmonton as a spare set just in case that was at 245,000 km. I replaced the sensor at the same time due to...

Tone wheel delaminated at 240,000 km! Contacted FC about the recall does not apply to any truck over 100,000 km or as old as my 2014 Eco Diesel. Three weeks for tone wheel and sensor in Canada, 1.5 weeks to have the part shipped from Greece to Puerto Vallarta MX. I do not know how a parts guy in...

If you can send me your information that would be very helpful! Can you tell me how it has worked on your truck for hot and cold weather running and just overall performance.

Any updates on the Banks 630 T intake manifold install , other equipment need and how does the engine run in summer and cold winters! Cat converter seems to failing and I am wanting to eliminate the system completely, it so useless down here in MX where speeds are only 80 K/hr most of the time...

Just an update now at 195,000 km and the standard coil spring suspension is working just fine on my 2014. It's not as plush as the air ride but it's never let me down, do not be afraid of making this change and saving yourself a lot of grief and cost!

With block heater used -40C in Fort Mac start just like on summer day but the diesel does not produce allot of heat for the cabin a bit of a chilly ride. I have started at -26 C not plugged in without any trouble.
