Run engine cleaner through it and clean out your oil pan and pickup. You’ll be fine. People nowadays forget to do that stuff. I’ve got 207k and running better than ever.
After using a good internal engine cleaner, drop the oil pan, clean the oil pick up thoroughly, and then do it again. Lots of oil gunk buildup. I have 203,000 and still going strong.
