Looks like I gotta start trying to find another engine or go to big gas or Cummins. Even meticulous upkeep couldn’t keep her going. Should have stuck with what is a proven platform.

Yep, loud knock. Towed it home, tried to tinker, locked up the rest of the way. Gotta find another powerplant or sell the whole thing. 😒

Parts yard and get a pull out seems to the route most take here lately. Most are disgusted and sell after that, as I don't blame them honestly. Keep us updated on the path you take!

I’ve been looking at refurbished and warrantied, then wrecked trucks. I’ll have to buy a get around truck til then.
