1500 mile trip with the EcoDiesel

Just got home from a trip to Arizona with the diesel. Overall mpg was 27.5 with the cruise set at 75 the majority of the time. Could have been better if there wasn't road construction, headwind, etc, but conditions are never perfect. The truck performed perfectly and it was a carefree job to drive 650 miles the first day. Doing that on one tank of fuel was priceless. Took this photo north of Sky City, NM on the way home.

Beautiful scenery and even better fuel mileage numbers. Even with those variables it's hard to beat that from a full size truck.

Wow! Very nice photo, and MPG not bad either. Have heard on other forums 34 MPG is possible, but likely not at typical highway speeds.
