On Friday, February 4 while driving our 2015 truck home from work, it made a loud pop and died.
truck had all 11 recalls completed in a timely fashion plus all maintenance kept up to date… It was pristine condition and 90,552 miles
Coasted to the side of the road while the interior was filling with smoke. Within a matter of minutes of exiting truck the engine burst into flames.
No check engine lights no battery lights absolutely no lights on dash just a loud pop, dead, flames.
i’ve already filed with the government department of transportation and completed their paperwork
looking to see if anybody else has had this issue and had any luck on contacting Chrysler directly to help rectify a replacement or buyback. what is the best way they have found to contact Chrysler. All I have found is a 800 number so fire which I will call on Monday but was hoping for an email so I could share all the horrible pictures
