2015 with 101,000 miles - Clacking sound after cleaning intake manifold

Just finished cleaning the intake manifold, EGR, etc... and reassembling. When truck is running, a clacking sound that wasn't there before is clearly audible. Rises and falls in rpm with engine rpm's. How boned am I?

Yes. If not, what would be causing the sound? It’s always possible something got under the gasket and is causing a leak. If so, I’d assume there’d be a code
