2017 ecodiesel delet

Hi new here looking for help. I ordered a full delet kit for my 2017 ecodiesel. The tuner it came with is the hp mvpi2. With the kit I was emailed a tune but when I go to install it using the vcm editor (beta) it says controller init: failed. Do you need to send In the pcm on these ecodiesels?

Best bet is to ask the guy you bought it from.
most kits you have to load your stock file and send it to them for modification before you can add the nee one to your truck.
