Accidentally put def in fuel tank

Now truck won't run
Even after draining tank and lines and filter
 
Did you drive the truck after putting the DEF in Fuel Tank ?, How much fuel in Tank? and how much DEF did you pour into fuel Tank?
 
Wow that sucks.
