I bought a truck (ecodiesel 2014) how do I know if the person before me had flash the AEM update or not?

You can also go to this website www.ecodieselsettlement.com and under the Approved Emissions Modification Overview section at the very bottom is an AEM lookup button. Click that and it will take you to https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/recalls/eco-diesel-warranty.html, and if you scroll down there's a place to enter your VIN. Enter it and click the submit button. It will return a summary of weather or not the AEM has been installed.

AEM was released in May of 2019. Unlikely the AEM has been done.
