Any Alternative Tow Mirrors to the Moose Ears?

Hi, I owned a Ford Excursion before converting to the Ram. The Excursion had the very nice paddle type tow mirrors with lights, heat, and could be extended when necessary. Is any one aware of a similar type of mirror replacement for the 2014 and later Ram 1500? I think the towing mirrors on the latest F150 and heavier trucks are bold and are adjustable enough to hug the truck when not used for towing. Thanks.

What's funny is that the tow mirrors that Ford came out with were first called mosquito swatters. I liked my mosquito swatters

I will agree the tow mirrors leave a lot to be desired...they aren't very good laid down but look ridiculous flipped up unless your a high school kid
