Anyone having issues with their screen appearing to delaminate?

Stepped in the truck tonight to notice that the screen appears to delaminating at the upper left hand corner. Literally just went over 36k tonight as well on this trip that I saw this.

Same thing happened to me around the 20'000 mile mark. Warranty took care of it and so far so good on the new one.
