Backup cam 2016 Dodge Ram

Hello!

My back up cam keeps going out and it is fuzzy and not connecting, showing unavailable. I have tried to do a factory reset several times which worked except this last time. Does anyone know how to resolve it?

Try some dialectric grease on the connections under the number that connect it to the tailgate, mine goes fuzzy from time to time when it’s really nasty out but I haven’t gotten around to greasing it yet. If it’s the camera fuzzy but not the writing a new camera was 200 from the dealer and deff was worth it

Ok thank you I will try that grease if that doesn’t work then I will get a new camera
