Welcome to the group. There is no comparison banks does not turn off the egr and the egr is what ruined the motor

Banks improves performance and more than likely the engine runs cleaner as a result. Banks has been around a long time and makes quality products that are legal.

Banks makes quality products and know what they are doing. No their system does not alter the EGR function, but they do change the turbo function to accomplish some positive effects. The also offer regen on demand function.
