At 191,000 km, it's not unusual for the pipe (likely the exhaust or DEF system components) to have accumulated soot and other deposits, especially if it hasn't been cleaned before. The buildup can affect the efficiency of the emissions system over time, even with good maintenance habits.

Cleaning the DEF injector, as you've done, is a good step to ensure proper operation, as these injectors can get clogged with DEF crystallization. It might also be a good idea to inspect and clean the exhaust piping, EGR system, and other related components, particularly if you’ve noticed any performance issues or increased soot levels.

Consider a **manual cleaning or flushing** of the DPF or EGR system if you haven’t already, as these can accumulate soot over time, even in well-maintained trucks. Regular maintenance on these emissions systems can help prevent further complications and keep the truck running smoothly.
