Is there a way to know for sure if a block heater is installed ? I have a 2021 turbo 3.0 L diesel.

This is my second ecodisel. I had a 2017 that I traded in on a BMW and regretted it. So I bought a 2023Ram 1500 Big Horn. If you have questions concerning the best running boards, bed liners, tonneau covers or seat covers (Costco carries CoverKing at a great price). Just send a message, be glad to help out.

If you find that there is no cord for the heater I have found that the heating element is installed in most all eco diesel blocks in a freeze plug on th pass side of the engine block you can see the socket for the cord through the pass wheel well ,you can buy an after market cord and install it. Amazon had them
Good luck mine was a tite fit

Mine had a orange color plug with 3 prongs. It was located under the passenger side. If you look at your tire and shine a light above the tire it should be right in line with your eyes should be straight ahead. That's how I found mine.
