Bolt torque settings

Hi all. I am desperately looking for the ecodiesel's bolt torque settings. Specifically conrod cap bolt torque settings and the torque settings for the bedplate. Would be greatly appreciated if any one can assist me with those.

Have you tried e-bay for a repair manual or cd?
I have seen them on there for very little.
