buy back approval by arbitration

I had my Arbitration hearing yesterday and I received my aproval for buy back today FINALLY.
FCA has 30 days to send the check after I except the Arbitration ruling.

I made the details available from day one on this site.
My 16 ED has 21k mi.
FCA can't fix the lag.
it took 7 months to get here and the whole time FCA tried to get me to do the flash and add more miles to the vehicle.
I contacted NCDS with all my information and witnesses.
In my opinion, it's too broken to fix, The arbitration judge found in my favor.
Try to search my post on this site for more details on my case.
I would be here for hours writing details.
BTW. I have a friend who has two ED, a 16 and a 17. Guess who just gave him an additional 100,000 mile warranty on both?
The dealer! or FCA because they didn't want to set a presdence
