Buzzing Noise?

I posted this a while back and got no responses. Does anyone know what this sound is?

Thanks for the reply Carl. I’ve got a few questions.

1. The sound goes off and on. Could it still be the lifter?

2. If it is the lifter, can I get away with replacing the one, or should I do them all?

3. In your experience, what’s it going to cost me?

I changed the oil 2500 miles ago and it still looks new. I’m tuned and deleted btw.
