Can I remove the engine without lifting the cab?

3.0 diesel,.. 4x4, transfer case seems in the way... Oil pan will be removed / careful with oil pump.. Has anyone removed a 4x4 3 0l ecodiesel... Please any tips on how to remove the motor with the cab ON!!!

My guess would be go old school and pull front clip off if possible. I’ve Never looked to see if core support could move out the way. But I did it a few times on the older stuff.
