CEL p015e

I bought my truck in October and absolutely love it other than about every 300 miles the CEL comes on with the code "p015e" excessive time to enter closed loop fuel timing control. Has anyone else had the issue and what was the fix for it??

Some quick google magic:

The service manual only gives two possible solutions, replacement of the PCM or a wiring repair.

Not a very common code it seems.
