Just had check engine light checked out and was told it was a high pressure fuel rail? And they said there wasn't a reason for it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Its either no voltage to FCA/ LV or bad FCA / LV, Both are electronic devices, the FCA is located on top of the CP4 , the LV is located in front of Driver side Rail.
