My Truck broke down 6 weeks ago in California. Nothing but problems with the Service Center. They first thought that the Fuel Pump exploded. They removed the fuel tank and found that the pump was in tack and had not exploded. Then they said the battery was low and I approved them changing it out. Then they told me that their was something wrong with the fuse assembly which I questioned but ultimately approved as I need to get my truck back. They now are claiming that the Crankcase Timing Sensor is faulty... Does anyone have any information on this and what should this repair cost me? Thank you!

Pull the transmission to replace. It's a day of labor or more I think. Plus the part (s)

It is quite likely that the tone ring has failed which may be covered under a warranty depending on your trucks vin # . W58 or W68 I believe. Check around the forum for those recalls.
