Seems like something is unplugged that shouldn’t be or the tune isn’t correct

I also have a deleted Grand Cherokee, but it’s a 2015. I’m currently still dealing with a similar situation. I had some issues before summer that led me to replacing tone wheel and crankshaft sensor. During that they also did the High Pressure Fuel Pump recall. Before the work it was going into limp mode and after it still would but minus the codes for crankshaft. I believe it was throwing some dpf codes and turbo under boost. I had the turbo tested and was told it was preforming as designed so I deleted it. Did a full stage 2 with rerouted coolant line. Now I am getting random stalls, typical it starts, stalls, starts, stalls and then finally with run. Runs great when it runs. I did figure out that if you unplug the temperature sensor on the intake horn before the throttle valve, it will start and run. If I plug it in, it will never start. Replaced oil sensors, a temperature sensor on the back of the engine, turbo charged air lines, MAF and MAP. Still not sure fully. Code that comes up randomly is P0402 for egr excessive airflow, which stumps me.
