Has anyone had issues with their DPF system and tried to cutt filter off and burn in oven and put back on with succes. Or is deleteing the option. My dpf unite is giving a p2002 code and new sensors wasnt problem and its saying my diesel particulate filter has gone bad. I need some help here i just beat stage 3 cancer hard for me to even walk to look under my truck cant find anyone near me to work on it and properly take off and clean. Or what should i do 99,000 miles on it.

Did you try several Stationary De-soot? its easily performed by anyone that has Alfa and the required OBDII... its tricky to do multi times repeatably but can be done....You cannot just bake it...It can be steamed clean in some cases, but chemically cleaned is more efficient, the chemicals (Good stuff) need to be purchased commercially.
