Alfaobd software should be able to get you setup for injectors and line coding for your truck. Why do you need ecm

Google it, you can get it on Amazon and other places, available for Android & Windows devices. It was about 50 bucks when I got mine & you will need a bluetooth diagnostic dongle for the OBD port, mine is an MX3. I've read of others using other brands, I think it needs to be an ELM327 dongle.
