Eco Diesel taking for ever to get to full running temp.

Hi guys, my first post here. I just deleted my def and shortly after had a glow plug go. It broke in the head. Had to remove the head. all repaired. Its been a little cooler where I am but not cold enough to put winter front. What I'm finding is it takes this thing way too long to get to full running temp. I just had a code come up and its a thermostat code. Anyone dealt with this before?
