Ram specifically recommended the T6, so that is exactly what I use. And while they shouldn’t do this per law, if you ever need a warranty repair, it is one more thing to try to shut down a claim. This engine has so many issues, I would not chance anything.

Yah I stuck with the rotella t6. Auto Zone ended up having a sale on T6 too. $21 a gallon. I posted the original question on this thread because a member was claiming The T6 was garbage if I remember correctly. I’ve used rotella for years in my tractor and backhoe. Thanks for the reply IC
