The law firm can only help the people who owned or leased a 2014-2016 Ecodiesel. I am not aware of a current lawsuit involving the EGR issue. I only heard of the class action lawsuit when the information was mailed to me as an owner that I qualify for the $3,075 amount. I brought my vehicle in for service in June 2019 and there was a software update AEM that was necessary to have completed which is part of the EPA settlement. I haven’t submitted my paperwork for the $3,075 yet. An additional warranty is given for anything under the AEM at no cost.Good info. Thanks for the response. Are you familiar with what the correct law firm is for the class action lawsuit? i've seen 3 or 4 different ones for the 14'-16' model year for emissions software. Mine is a 17', so i'm not eligible for that. Was there another lawsuit filed for the EGR caused fires you are referring too? Thanks.
