EGR Replacement / AEM warranty questions

Help me out folks please. I have 2015 ECO with 65000 miles, bumper to bumper and the AEM extended Warranty. EGR cooler plus is bad, Truck has been at dealer from 7 Sept. Service manger says AEM no rental car, bumper to bumper 5 days max. I see the the 5 days in Bumper to bumper, where is it in the other? So far I'm eating the rental car. Parts are not in.
