Any known long term electrical gremlin issues? My truck is now 10 years old, 198,000 miles and the radio went out over Christmas, now the EPS (electronic power steering) failed last night.
Don't know if it would be related but check the wiring plug under the truck located near the drivers seat. It gets a lot of spray from the front tires. Clean the outside, open the lock and look for damaged wires, connector pins or corrosion. AllData diy manual on line for $20cdn might help
Back when I first got my 2015 (used), I noticed that big plug hanging down. I put a couple zip ties on to hold it together and to hold it up. Haven't experienced any electrical issues (yet - 159k mi)
