I'm looking at purchasing a '16 Big Horn w/ecodiesel. Does it have an engine brake?

Nope unless it's aftermarket tuned with the turbo brake feature.

Yes, but the turbo brake is weak, Its more effective if it was Tuned for use on warm up.

Is there a turbo brake that can be turned on by aftermarket tuners?

Yes several of the tuners can do this. If you're not in the USA there's a company (GDE) that offers a very effective turbo brake option and also has a high idle option that utilizes the turbo to aid in faster warm ups during cold weather. I don't know if the other tuning companies can offer the same effectiveness.

Factory Engine Braking Feature

Has anyone realized that the factory tune has an engine braking feature? Turbo braking specifically. But it only operates when the cruise control is on! It will drop gear and close the veins and engine brake. You will not Coast freely down a grade if you have your cruise control set. Factory...
