Can someone help me out I have a Ecoh Diesel, and it is telling me that its 100 % Full, have had it tell before its 80 % Full. But now I cant get it up to speed to clean it out , what should I do ? I have seen you can clean out the soot is this possible without going to a shop or dealer?

Alfaobd & the right obd interface dongle will allow you to force a regen, otherwise it's off to the dealer or another properly equipped shop.
