Glow plug frozen in cylinder 3.
Can not remove. Dealer sent to machine shop they could not remove.
They have had my truck over a month and have no answers for me. No replacement parts available. When I took the truck in it was at least running. Dead now. Have no idea what they plan to do.
If unable to repair I have to buy a new truck?? I'm thinking Chrysler owes me a truck!! I'll keep you all informed. Worse truck even made!!! Don't buy!!!

It’s a common issue they get “stuck” in the head. Worst case you’re replacing the head. A local guy broke mine out, retapped and installed new one.

They have had zero luck removing it. Now they say they can't find a replacement cylinder. Can't even find replacement engine.
They have no answers. The saga continues....

They’re afraid to break it off. If they break it, they can extract the pieces and retap threads. That’s typically the issue with the plugs is the head swells up, blocking off the threads on the plug, then the head snaps and spins freely. Deff a poor design

I'm going to start asking for a buy back.
