was wondering where grounds should be on block to frame i only see a ground from alternator bolt to battery i think thats why my truck wont start and throwing codes

mass air flow low circuit and turbo sensor low circuit i notice theres no ground strap at all to the engine or body or frame and it never came in running cause it through a rod so we put a rebuild in it and it wont start it tries to start for a second then shuts off like a security issue with key but its not i was told you need grounds from block to body or frame there only ground to battery to alternator bolt i can see
