Heat loss

Hi everyone started my truck today had heat when it started soon as I drove on the highway lost heat any ideas what the problem may be

Check your coolant level. If that’s good then your 3 way valve may have gone bad. Pretty sure that’s the term lol

I took it to a mechanic and we figured out that there was a problem with the AC the previous owner had put a jumper wire from the ignition fuse to the ac so the ac was on constantly with the cold weather in Calgary it was freezing up the actuator and not allowing air to be blown in to the cab thanks for replying
