Hey everyone,

i just sold my truck yesterday, 2015 ecodiesel, with 77k great miles on it. a friend of mine has one with a stock ecu and would like to put in my spare GDE one i removed before the sale.

any reason why this would not work?

I believe the injectors and vin need to be recoded but that can be accomplished using alfaobd if I’m not mistaken.

edit: he is not comfortable doing the swap and re-flash

Its easy, its not a flash, its write and done.. anyone that owns VM 3.0 sooner or later needs ALFA MX2 or its goona be $$$$$ in repairs.
