I am new to the ecodiesels but I have been a long time cummins owner and lover. I just have no need for one anymore and I have never felt with any sort of emissions being as I favor the 5.9. I'm currently looking at a 2017 laramie longhorn with 55k mi. Its autocheck says something about eligible for buy back which confuses me a bit. Also I am Wondering what issues I might run into and being as it's out of bumper to bumper warranty I worry about the egr problems everyone has been talking about. I'm also curious about my tuning options and if they help with reliability and if it will affect the 100k powertrain warranty. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Welcome.. many people trade trucks in for many reasons. Not always a bad thing.. if you can get a extended warranty and you like the truck, go for it. They are nice! Some have issues, and some do not.
