I don’t know how this company still sells that many vans. Mine is a 2014 eco diesel high roof 159 wheel base. i’m the 3 rd owner. yeah i know … Guess “certified pre owned” means nothing …. ( but trouble) From
experience & reading about this van a person couldn’t purchase a bigger heap of shit van. Pardon my french. I’ve owned mine since 2017. it’s been a headache since the moment i drove off the lot. i’ve only driven it 10k miles in 6 yrs. .. Why??? ahhhh where do i start. Well i’ve van replaced battery had struts and tires replaced a gasket had to get a new key ($700) and fob + some module $1500 bc it went into antitheft mode after i was threatened limp mode due to DEF. 10 miles from limp mode i filled def tank and it reset it… surely pissing the powers that be off so that’s when key and module happened. let’s see i’ve had the back doors handle malfunction 2x . New water pump and hose , CONSTANT DEF light along with engine light and hill holder. and finally i now have the ETC happening… this heap of crap van has been a constant money sucker . the only thing my extended warranty covered was a. $7 gasket. Mind you i’m a single mother of 3. luckily I am self employed or id be fired already for not showing up to work due to this vans constant issues. There are SO M A N Y. moduals and srnsirs and bells and whistles by the time i drive across town and back my nerves are SHOT from all the damn ding ding dinging going on. MY GAWD what is the point of all this friggen constant screaming at me she does. I feel like im
