i am on my second engine and i am worried if it blows up i may have no choice but to accept defeat not a rich man

hi if you have no warranty do the egr ,def and cat delete. egf cooler is the worst thing ever put on new diesel engine.

A GDE tune for 90% of it.

I am scheduled to do the egr recall on Wednesday this will take care of all the recalls on the vin this way I can focus on the delete as you recommended I read something about HD Diesel Supply sending you a programmer so you can upload your file and send it to them for modification this way I will have the original just in case if this is true I will prefer to go that way but I do not know how to contact them any help will be appreciate

yes and dirty diesel in bc does it for 999.00 and the new exhaust pipe for 600 I believe it close to 1800.00 for the full delete. give or take a few hundred

Well I got it back from the dealership for the egr recall they said they cannot do the emission software update because they will have to bring the engine temperature up and they cannot because it is unsafe to do until I have to replace the def the v clamp the flange clamp def hose def injector and a few other things and they will give me a break on the price if I do it now (10,000.00+) do I look stupid they charge me $460.00 dollars for a diagnostic to find out why my def hose melted and broke off with piece of the def injector causing the def fault so I can get the hose and injector replaced on mopar 24 mth warranty they told me I installed the hose and injector wrong so it cannot be replaced I am mechanic and my brother is certified mechanic and the have the nerve to say I installed it wrong what a pile of horse sh** now you can see why I hate dealerships sorry for venting but I believe everyone here has had similar experience

My RAM ecodiesel had a erg recall (among others). Check on that because if that thing fails, it can burn it to the ground. Also, I highly, NO, I HIGHLY recommend the Green Diesel Engineering Hot Tune and Transmission tune. This combination has made my RAM so much better than the stock tune. It gives you solid torque through the power band while increasing your fuel efficiency.

I spent some time today to clear the codes from the PCM DEF Hose is melted causing a block of the def fluid cut off the melted end and attach it with a splice hose to the injector and the (DEF fault 255km will not start see dealer for service) gone i also scanned the DPF for blockage restrictions all within tolerance so when a dealer gives you a quote like what the give me run the are trying to make you scare you into spending a lot of money Now my PCM is free of all codes ready to move to the next level and rid myself of this problem once and for all
