And also curious why it’s making such noisy sound when I turn on the ignition. Sounds like the fuel pump but boy is that loud for a fuel pump

Congrats on your 2016. Kinda hard to diagnose a problem with your description! the fuel pump should not be abnormally loud though.

Maybe it’s just how they are. isn’t making any problems or anything I don’t know much about those trucks first time I ever had one

Hey I’m back about the fuel pump noise I talked about awhile ago. I Listened to a couple other trucks n they did the same so it’s normal I’m just not used to it

Just a curious question,
If you take off the plastic engine cover off when you open up hood are there 2 grey foam blocks under the fuel lines left and right? Many people have removed those and it can increase mechanical noise.

Hey I’ve been wondering if there’s such a thing as a manual torque converter lockup for the ED.
Any input on that?
