It should be covered under the 5/100K Miles Warranty , Is Fiat/Dealer claiming contamination?

Dealer says 36000 so no go. Power train coverage no go either. Says unless engine, trans or rear end fluid goes thru the component it won't be covered. Comprehensive Insurance say no too because fuel test says no contamination. Probable was the last tank I ran thru it was bad. I have been traveling a little.

How Long It Lasts
The Powertrain Limited Warranty lasts for up to 5 years
or 100,000 miles on the odometer, whichever occurs
first, calculated from the start date of the Basic Limited
Warranty, as set forth in Section 2.1(E).

Diesel Engine:
Cylinder block and all internal parts; cylinder head assemblies;
core plugs; fuel injection pump and injectors; intake
and exhaust manifolds; oil pan; oil pump; timing gear
drive belts and/or chains and cover; turbocharger housing
and internal parts; valve covers; water pump and housing;
seals and gaskets for listed components; glow plugs and all
sensors.

Just had a long conversation with Chrysler. I found the page in the powertrain warranty that says the fuel pump is covered. When I called them out on it I ended up with a long phone session where they transferred me from "expert" to another all of which couldn't explain why the powertrain warranty won't pay for repairs. Finally after a hour they called the dealer and came back saying the emissions delete voided the warranty.
