Yep, Its unrelated to the failure, None the less its likely the entire powertrain warranty is voided. New Parts are about $4000.00 Plus about $2000.00 in labor plus shop supplies $50.00.

Too bad there was a class action suit that closed may this year. I think your year was included. What I can't figure is how they can get away continuing to put this crapoy pump in the trucks year after year even when they got the shit sued out of them.

I have a 2018 eco diesel bought used around 25000 mi. Got to 43000 and fuel pump died destroying everything in path. Fix is $9000 and Chrysler with help at all..
Had the same issue at 53000 on my 2017. Ram says it is not a warranty issue, they say you got bad gas. I opened a support case with Dodge and get nowhere. I showed them more than 17 cases where Ecodiesel 2017-2019 with between 40-60K miles had the sane issue. They told me too bad so sad...no help whatsoever. Bad for Dodge. But I did call my insurance company and said that someone must have put dirt in the tank. They covered the 9400 dollar Repair. Give your insurance a call..

I did and they tested the fuel. The dealer said there was nothing wrong with the fuel.
