How to start tuning and deleting

I want to eventually have a tuned and fully deleted eco diesel but don’t have the money to do it all at once i for sure want to get rid of the egr and def system ASAP what do I need to do to do that and does it require a tune first?

What time options are available I’m looking for tunes and deletes that will keep me from these Maintnance problems very few months seems like every time I catch up on money I’m having to drop a grand into an auto shop for this thing

the eco should b tuned when new so the intake doesnt get all carboned up plus it keeps the oil clean
