hp tuner full delete

hoping someone out here can give me some advice. I have a 2015 ed and have removed def and entire egr system. I am using hp tuner beta version and am having trouble clearing codes. Specifically 100 percent dpf full and 135 miles until engine wont start. Wondering if hp doesn't have the capability to erase these codes and I will have to go to a dealership and see if they can help. Any advice would be "Greatly" appreciated.

Welcome. I'm not to familiar with HP tuners (I've only used EFILive), but the tuner that created your files might have some more insight if that's the platform he uses. Otherwise, a nice scanner might do the trick. I do wonder if you don't have a tuning issue if you're still getting the pop up's after removing those components.
