just trying to confirm what I already suspect... does this truck have a lowering kit? it appears to sit a couple inches lower than anything else im seeing.. its a 2015 tradesman with 265/70/17r tires... im trying to figure out which direction to go.. I may just put 20" rims and step up to the 275 (33" tires) my other theory is it had a lift kit and it was removed.. just seems to sit lower than most.

I just measured and there is 4" of space above the front tire and 4.5" above the rear tires between the fender and tires.

This was the height I received mine at with slightly smaller than stock tires. I didn’t measure but the 2” leveling kits normally make the fender gap the same.

thanks for this, your truck in that pic still looks a couple inches taller than mine from the looks of it though. maybe its an illusion because my truck is longer I dont know.
If I release the air from the bags in my rear springs I have 4" of space in my fenderwells above the 31" tires. Here is another pic from this evening after painting a replacement bumper cap and installing. It just seems to have a 2wd stance to me.

So does anyone know what specifically is different between the suspension on the ecodiesel models and the gas models? Ive seen some lift manufaturers like readylift state thier lift kits are not for the ecodiesel models? Are the strut spring rates different because of the engine weight or?

I did the rough country 2” leveling kit. I had to modify the frame washer on the kit for the bump stop by cutting part of its tab off before I installed it. I did not have to modify my frame.

took some measurements today.. the top of my front fender lip is 33.5" from the ground and the rear is currently 35.5" from the ground but thats only because I have the air bags in the rear springs pumped up... I am wondering now if the rear has the tuff truck aftermarket coils which are reported to be a bit shorter than stock but even the front is 3 inches shorter than the 36" front and 39" rear I have read is the norm on another forum.

So I was able to to find the part numbers on stickers on my struts and rear springs and confirmed it has a 4" drop in the rear and adjustable 2" fmdrop struts in front. New bilstein 2" lift shocks and struts on the way as well as lift coil springs for rear.

Inked20211015_080727_2mp.jpgGot the bilstein 5100s installed with 2" rear lift springs and front struts at 2.1 setting which gained me more lift than expected dut to aftermarket lower spring perches from old lowering struts... 40" fender hieght in front and 42" in rear with 34" tires So over 7" lift in rear and roughly 5-6" in front

Truck looks great, nice stance. What kind of running boards are those if you don't mind me asking?

I still have factory style flares to paint and some led lightsto install at some point. I also may swap the grill. I havent decided yet on that.
