I bought a new 2016 eco diesel bighorn. I have spent average $2000/year (CDN) on repairs excluding maintenance.
when does the bleeding stop.

Sorry to hear that. Does Canada not give basic warranty on things or is the $2k post basic warranty? What kind of repairs?
