We need the class action suit, I tried again for reimbursement since my last post here and was turned down for the 3rd time.See my #6 post
The W68 recall ONLY applies to those who did not do (opted out) the AEM Emissions Recall

Upon thorough review and consideration, we regret to inform you that your request for reimbursement has been denied due to the following reason/s:
The vehicle is outside of its warranties and does not currently have any active Service Contracts
Repair/ parts are not covered under any recall or warranty
It did not meet the criteria under one time financial courtesy
 
 
		 I just sent my registration again the other day and got it registered with them again. Person from FCA US just told me I have to call FCA Canada and get the vehicle removed from Canadian market now. Jumping through all kinds of hoops
