Lifted Ecodiesel's MPG??

Looking for information before lifting my Ecodiesel. I could google that info, but I'd prefer getting info from actual drivers. If anyone has one I'd appreciate the feedback! Thanks!

I can live with the loss of only 5 MPG. My last truck was lifted and only got 10 MPG lol.

Expect to stick around 20MPG highway with any significant lift. Still not bad at all for a full size.
