Lost Check

The status on my claim has read "check mailed" for over a month now and still no check. I called the settlement website and they said they can't see when the check was mailed, where it was mailed to, or tell me who even cut the check, and they don't have the ability to cancel and then resend a new check. Does someone have a picture of the check they received that might have a phone number on it? Or a way around this?

It takes about 6 weeks once they claim check is mailed
